Sukha Chöling is continually growing. You have taken on a big project-the building of a dharma center. I think this building will definitely happen. Everybody should help because it takes the help of everybody to do this. Actually, theres nothing much for me to say about this, because all of you are helping anyway.
This work will be beneficial for many centuries. When you build a dharma center, it is not just for your life, but for a long, long time. Your children, your grandchildren and others can come to practice and enjoy what you will be leaving behind.
This center will be special in this country. You build it and it will be a treasure for the United States not just Oregon, but the whole United States benefiting many, many beings.
Your aspiration is great so this will bring some blessing for the lineage. I thank you for having such an intention. I will be with you as best I can.

May the new Kagyu Sukha Chöling Dharma Center be a cause for great benefit to come to limitless sentient beings.
May those involved in its construction recognize that the more difficult ones Dharma work is, the more merit one accumulates, and the more ones practices of patience and joyous diligence improve.
May they recognize that obstacles do not truly exist, and in this way, may they recognize that all appearances are friends of their realization of equality.
