Tranquility and Mindfulness Retreat, Friday, March 10 – Monday, March 13
“Recognizing what is occurring is the key to liberation.”~ Venerable Lama Lodru Rinpoche, Bardo Teachings.
Mindfulness is the ability to be present and aware of what is occurring inside ourselves and all around us. During this weekend retreat, we explore the four objects or applications of mindfulness (body, feelings, mind and phenomena), and utilize Calm Abiding Meditation as a way to focus and deepen our awareness. In addition, periods of silence will offer the opportunity to carry this awareness into every moment and activity.
Tuition: $360 for meals and double-occupancy lodging, plus dana offering for the teachings. Limited single rooms for $465. Scholarships and work exchange are available.
To register: email@example.com or call 541.552.1769
