Calm Abiding and Insight Weekend Retreat
Wayfarer Resort(east of Eugene)
1:00 PM Fri. – 4 PM Sun. April 25 – 27

The source of all our happiness and suffering is the state of our own mind. Calm Abiding meditation provides training to quiet our inner agitation and to experience a state of tranquility. With this basis, one can practice methods to develop special insight into the very nature of thought and mind. Recognizing the spacious, empty nature of mind leads, ultimately, to freedom from our habitual bewildered state.
Bring your own food for meals including potluck dish for Saturday night. Tuition: $50 deposit to register, balance by March 25
