This Lama-led meditation focuses on the practice of Tonglen, or Welcoming and Offering. This is a visualization practice that nurtures the development of compassion and loving kindness.
Meditation instruction will be provided, followed by a 25 minute meditation. There is a short tea break, followed by dharma talk and discussion.
