The Niguma Yogas Practice Group will meet the 4th Tuesday of each month from 10:00 - 11:30 am in the KSC Sanctuary.

We will focus on the eight movements and practice together in the shrine room. Marcia North will lead this group for the time being. Sara Smith will be the scribe. Hope you can make it! It will be a pleasure to practice together. We will reference the video from Kalu Rinpoche, as well as the booklet he created for the retreat last summer.
