All classes are on Wednesdays, from 2 - 4 pm

Prerequisites: Insight I Practice Group membership of 2+ years or equivalent

Led by Lama Pema, this group meets monthly via Zoom on Wednesday afternoons to deepen insight meditation. Open to new and renewing members at the November meeting.

The Insight Practice Groups work with the Calm Abiding meditation, but take it a step further with contemplating and exploring the mind. Prior empowerment & instruction required to attend. Permission of Lama Pema is required to attend either Insight group. Please contact her at lamas@kscashland.org.

Sponsor Tuition: $200 (Allows KSC to offer a reduced price level to those on a limited income)
