Anyone interested in Buddhist studies is welcome to borrow books and various media covering aspects of both Buddhism in general, and Tibetan Buddhism. Also, there are some selective subjects that include studies on death and dying, Buddhist art, and locally recorded teachings by Buddhist teachers.
The KSC Sanctuary is open each Wednesday from noon to 1:00 pm for open meditation. Come meditate in your own way in this sacred space. All are welcome.

The Dharma Kids program serves children in grades K - 6. The program provides a wonderful opportunity for children to learn about and experience the Dharma in ways suitable for children.
One Sunday each month, from 9:00 to 11:30 am.
Special Tonglen Sunday: A Season for Compassion
Join Lama Yeshe and local scholar, Dr. Paul Condon for a special Tonglen meditation of loving kindness and compassion. They will also share a teaching on this topic for this first Sunday of the KSC teaching year. All are welcome.

On Thursday, October 9th, Lama Yeshe will lead the Calm Abiding meditation. For the evening’s dharma talk, she will introduce the Foundations meditations and the supportive Joyful Effort Group, which opens to new members on Sunday, October 26th. All are welcome and no registration required.

Led by Lama Yeshe, Joyful Effort Practice Group focuses on the Ngöndro or Preliminaries meditations. This series of Vajrayana (visualization) practices prepares the mind to receive and integrate Mahamudra teachings, by deepening our connection to the resources of the path, clearing our mind of negativity, strengthening our natural generosity, and creating a strong bond with our teachers.
