Insight & Awareness Practice Group I

Led by Lama Pema

Monthly sessions run October 2026 - June 2027

The group meets on Tonglen Sundays from 12:30-2:00 pm

Prerequisites: Tranquility Group membership of 2+ years or equivalent experience, and the lama’s permission is required.

Led by Lama Pema, the Insight Practice Groups work with the Calm Abiding meditation, but take it a step further with contemplating and exploring the mind. Prior empowerment & instruction required to attend. Open to new and renewing members at the first meeting.

The book for this year is, Pointing Out the Dharmakaya by Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, and is available for purchase at the KSC Bookstore.
