Joyful Effort Practice Group Introduction

Joyful Effort Group meets monthly to learn the Ngöndro (Foundations) meditations. These meditations were created to provide an entryway and sturdy base for future training in Mahamudra, the pinnacle teaching of the Kagyu lineages.
On Thursday, October 9th, Lama Yeshe will lead the Calm Abiding meditation. For the evening’s dharma talk, she will introduce the Foundations meditations and the supportive Joyful Effort Group, which opens to new members on Sunday, October 26th.
All are welcome to attend this evening’s talk, and there will be time for questions during the presentation. No registration is required.
